Thanks for stopping by, I’m Adelle from sunny Coffs Harbour NSW. I come from a long line of creative women. Growing up with handmade being taught by my mother and grandmothers.
Established in 2015 as Sew Contented Handmade, in Nov 2020 we rebranded as Keiki Folk, meaning little one in Hawaiian. This resonated with me as you’ll hear me call my kids my ‘little ones’ most days. I am a mum to two kids and a wife. We are Aussie nature lovers having lived, travelled and taught (previous life I was a teacher) in the Northern Territory for 10 years.
Keiki Folk is a boutique handmade + curated brands business. Sizes 000-3 in-stock with special orders available Premmie to 14. Contact us to organise customised fit & special occasion pieces.
Who designs & hand makes our collections? Me, Adelle! With the help of a lovely team of assistants and 4 sewing machines. We use the best industrial machines with quality thread.
We are an eco minded, ethical business taking great care in our choices of materials used and products we stock. We choose as many Australian sourced and made items as we can and a large majority of suppliers are women owned businesses. We are powered largely by solar, package your orders with recycled materials and upcycle our fabric offcuts to minimise wastage.
I am passionate about all kids having comfy clothing. Check out @hipclothingau on Instagram & Facebook. I have created this separate account to enable education and support for parents with children diagnosed with hip dysplasia.
This is my beautiful family who support my dream. Sign up to my newsletter to hear from me occasionally and the journey as I go along.
